Delivery Information

Whether for deliveries in Belgium or abroad, we work with Bpost. You can choose the delivery method that suits you:

1. Home delivery

As soon as your order is shipped, you can track your package using the online tool Track Order or through the app My bpost. In this way, you are informed in real time of the status of your package.

We process and ship orders during our business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m., excluding holidays). We make every effort to ship your order the day after we receive your payment.
For home deliveries in Belgium, if you are absent during the postman's visit, he will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox. You will then have the choice between:

  • Come and collect your parcel from the post office or post office indicated.
  • Or ask the postman to come back. The request can be made by telephone (022 01 23 45) or online

2. Delivery to a collection point

As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an automatic email from the collection point of your choice. Your package will be stored there for 14 days. A reminder will be notified if you have not received your package during this period. No refund of the order may be required in the event of non-compliance with the time limit for the collection of your package.

We advise you to bring your identity card in order to be able to collect your order.
