Location
It is in the middle of the wild and flowered plains of the Alentejo in Portugal that hides discreetly, at the bend of a dirt track, this small family apiary with weathered wood that time seems to have forgotten. Facing the first rays of the sun, it is here in this secluded place preserved from all human activity that a rare nectar of extreme purity is made. The abundance and diversity of the local flora give our artisanal honey a wild and warm taste.
Its fabrication
100% natural and without added aroma, this honey infused with Sacred Basil, also called Tulsi, is obtained by cold enfleurage for 3 months. This traditional method of decoction consists of transferring all the aromatic molecules of the freshly picked plant into the honey in order to obtain a natural, powerful and authentic flavoring. The hand-picked wild honey and aromatic plants come from the same estate managed in permaculture in Alentejo, Portugal.
