Location
It is in the middle of the wild and flowered plains of the Alentejo in Portugal that hides discreetly, at the bend of a dirt track, this small family apiary with weathered wood that time seems to have forgotten. Facing the first rays of the sun, it is here in this secluded place preserved from all human activity that a rare nectar of extreme purity is made. The abundance and diversity of the local flora give our artisanal honey a wild and warm taste.

Produced and extracted by hand, this Raw honey is simply filtered from its impurities before being potted in the small village beekeeping workshop. Among the thousands of species foraged, the main flowers are cistus, viperine, thistle, butterfly lavender, thyme, rosemary, sweet orange, sage and lemon blossoms.
